Schlosspark Laxenburg

A faulbärratte visiting Austria!

Laxenburg is only a few miles south of Vienna. Palace and park were used by the Habsburg emperors in former times. The park was a huge hunting area. Now the palace can be visited and the park is used as an recreation area. There's also a lake and rowing boats are available.

Near the lake you can find Franzensburg (Franks Castle). It's named after Francis II, Holy Roman Emperor, where we made the photo.
